Privacy notice
What we collect
When you join the community, enquire or apply, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, email or mobile number, and your answers on the form. For programme applications we may ask for information like availability, age, accessibility needs or medical details, and only when it is needed to run the experience safely.
How we use it
To reply to you, to tell you about experiences and stories you've asked to hear about, and to plan and run experiences safely. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Only authorised members of the SuperCommandos team. Submissions are stored in a secured database with restricted access.
Website analytics
We record anonymous events such as which buttons are pressed and when the film is played, to understand which pages help people take part. These events contain no personal details. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not record them.
Videos
Films are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by messaging us through our contact page or Instagram.
